Shipping & Returns
We use reputed couriers like Delhivery, Xpressbee, DTDC etc. to ship the products that are completely insured and reliable. For Remote Locations We use India Post Service also.
Where all do we deliver?
We deliver to all and any postal address in India via reputed courier companies.
The deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays .
As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 24-48 hours of the order being placed with Melbys.in.
Shipment and tracking details:
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page. Usually items are delivered within 3-10 business days, all other factors being optimum.In case if you find difficulty in tracking the order and you need an accurate estimate of delivery date, kindly email us with the order number or item codes
Time to ship mentioned above is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
Request for Change of Postal Address:
Postal Address as provided by the Customer may be changed within 12 working hours of placing of Order, and not later, by making the said request via email to [email protected].
If you have any issue with our products on receipt, please feel free to email or Whatsapp us in detail describing the issue with photos attached, mentioning the order number, within 2 days of receipt of the ordered products. Based on the same we will get in touch with you within 48 hours via phone or email. The issue can be discussed in detail and amicably settled, with a replacement or return if required.
The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
